  • This challenge is to incorporate more nutrient dense fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, nuts and legumes in to our lifestyle. 
  • Challenge details:
    • Maintain a vegan/vegetarian diet for the month of January 
    • Post your delicious meals to our social media @i2health with #i2healthveganuary on Facebook and Instagram
    • Engage with a support system that is in the challenge with you to provide encouragement and a sense of community 
  • Whether you start off with just Meatless Mondays or continue this challenge past the month of January, we encourage you to give it a try!
